Steam Engine

The Steam Engine combines fuel, water, and heat.

Additional behavior:

• Internal EJ buffer: 1,000 EJ
• Water tank: 8,000 mB
• 1 bucket of water represents 512 EJ of generation credit
• With water available, the engine is kept below the red heat stage
• Running powered without water can allow the engine to overheat
• Turning redstone off pauses fuel consumption
