Getting Started
Enginarium is built around connected systems. Machines need EJ, EJ moves through conductive pipes, items move through item pipes, and fluids move through fluid pipes.
1. Build basic components

Most Enginarium technology starts with gears, the Machine Block, and vanilla redstone components.
Useful early recipes include Wooden Gears, Stone Gears, Iron Gears, the Machine Block, and the Wrench.

2. Make your first power source

The Redstone Engine is the basic starting generator. It produces an average of 0.25 EJ/t while powered by redstone.

3. Move the energy
Use a Wooden Conductive Pipe to extract EJ from an engine or energy source, then connect it to higher-throughput conductive pipes.
Read Conductive Pipes before building a large network.
4. Build a first machine
The Electric Furnace is a good first powered machine. The Macerator expands ore processing and the Sawmill processes logs.
5. Automate transport
Use Wooden Item Pipes to extract from inventories, then route items through Cobblestone, Quartz, Gold, Iron, Diamond, and Obsidian pipes.
6. Expand
From here you can move into:
- Steam and Lava Engines
- Solar Panels
- Fluid tanks and pumps
- Automated farming
- Upgraded chests
- Crafting stencils and automatic crafting
- Quarry automation
- God Power
- Power Core storage
