Power
Power and EJ
Enginarium uses EJ as its internal energy unit.
Power is generated by engines, Solar Panels, and God Power. Machines accept EJ directly from compatible conductive networks. Energy can also be stored in internal machine buffers and in the Power Core.
Generator overview
| Generator | Output | Internal Storage |
|---|---|---|
| Redstone Engine | 1 EJ every 4 ticks (0.25 EJ/t average) | 100 EJ |
| Steam Engine | 1 / 3 / 5 EJ/t by heat stage | 1,000 EJ |
| Lava Engine | 9 EJ/t | 10,000 EJ |
| Solar Panel | 16 EJ/t | 100,000 EJ |
| God Power | 2,000 EJ/t | 2,000,000 EJ |
Storage
The Power Core stores 10,000,000 EJ and can transfer up to 4,096 EJ/t.
General wiring rule
A Wooden Conductive Pipe is the extraction tier. Place it against the generator or compatible source, then continue the network using Cobblestone, Quartz, Gold, or Diamond Conductive Pipes.
Machine power
Many machines have their own small internal buffers. This lets them continue operating briefly while energy is being routed, but their effective speed still depends on the machine's configured consumption and available supply.
